Former headquarters of the Italian youth of the Littorio

Of rationalist style, the complex built between 1933-1935 bears the prestigious signature of architect Cesare Valle.

Intended for the sports and cultural preparation of the new generations of the Littorio, the building is characterized at the time of its inauguration by two main departments, with separate entrances: the sports and the cultural. The sports part includes a gymnasium, an indoor swimming pool and locker rooms; these spaces dialogue with a large sports field equipped for the performance of any sport. The cultural part includes a theater-cinema capable of 700 seats, a large convention hall with an adjoining reading room. The building is completed by a 30-meter high tower dedicated to the memory of Arnaldo Mussolini, brother of the Duce.
